Women’s Wellness Corporation Pty Ltd ABN 78 672 084 294 (TAS Beaches Womens Wellness) grants you a non-exclusive and revocable license to use and access the website https://www.beacheswomenswellness.com.au/ (Site). In these Terms & Conditions, “us”, “we” and “our” refer to Beaches Womens Wellness and references to “you” and “your” is to you, the end user.
MEMBERSHIP
registration
If you are granted an account via the Site, you must:

Provide us with accurate personal and contact information. You will only represent yourself and will not create false aliases or impersonate any other person (with or without their consent) while using the Site;

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password secure and you indemnify us for any loss or damage we suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your account. You are solely responsible for the use of your account, irrespective of who utilises it, whether with or without your permission;

payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and PayPal. For credit card payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your Membership Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase. You may be required to provide further identification for additional security reference checks.
prices and GST
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). Prices include GST. Beaches Womens Wellness reserves the right to change prices for products and services displayed any time.
termination and cancellation
Either party may end the agreement formed by Terms & Conditions immediately by giving the other party written notice. It is not essential to provide reasons for the termination. Where these Terms and Conditions have been terminated, you must immediately cease using the Site. Your use of the Site may be cancelled at any time, for any reason by Beaches Womens Wellness on a temporary or permanent basis by Beaches Womens Wellness giving you written notice. You must immediately cease using the Site should you receive a notice cancelling your license to use the Site.

our liability
By placing your Membership Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Membership Order Form for the purposes of processing your Membership Order. If you so indicate on the appropriate section of your Membership Order Form, by placing your Membership Order you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Beaches Womens Wellness Services and Products that may be of interest to you.
If you do not agree to our using such data in order to provide you with information on other Beaches Womens Wellness Services and Products, you should indicate your non-agreement in writing to hello@beacheswomenswellness.com.au.
You may obtain a copy of the data held by us concerning you on request in writing. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee for processing such request. If any data held by us concerning you is incorrect, we will correct it on your written request. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
While all care has been taken to ensure accuracy of the information displayed on this website, the Owner is not responsible for errors, omissions, loss or damage or otherwise incurred by you as a result.
