I am on a mission to create a community where women are educated in the importance of their own self-worth, to tap into their feminine energy and receive, to grant themselves permission to practice self-care, plus trust their inner compass to be open to all the possibilities in their lives.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, I have chosen to accept a greater level of responsibility, bringing awareness to how much we thrive when we are in it for the best and highest good of all. I have owned and operated small businesses and am so enthusiastic about women-in-business, encouraging them to follow their passions and live their purpose. I’ve been manifesting this concept for years and have discovered my true passion of launching Beaches Womens Wellness; when one woman heals, we all heal.
