Hello! We are Catheryn and Deanne, founders of Beaches Womens Wellness.

 

We met in divine timing as practitioner and client and connected instantly as Soul Sisters from different misters. With a loyal love of the northern beaches and both being holistic practitioners, we acknowledge every woman has the strength within her to create, nurture and transform her own life and to evolve to a place of power. It all begins with a commitment to self-care and a desire to surround yourself with positive, like-minded supportive women. Strong female connections have a measurable impact on overall wellbeing. When Women connect, they make a meaningful difference in their own lives and in the lives of others.
