  • How do I report misconduct by a practitioner or professional?
    If there is a reason, you should alert us immediately. Send an email to hello@beacheswomenswellness.com.au. If necessary, we will inform the organisations that accredit the practitioner or professional and remove them from our directory. If an emergency, the Triple Zero (000) service is the quickest way to get the right emergency service to help you. You can contact Police, Fire or Ambulance in life threatening or emergency situations.

    Promoting qualified practitioners is crucial to our vision and necessary for us to develop brand trust. We have welcomed certified and insured practitioners and specialists. Our purpose is to protect the integrity of our collective by providing the highest quality of care from our trusted practitioners to our clients to assure transparency with our clients.
  • Where can I learn about each practitioner or professional?
    Viewing the profiles of practitioners and professionals on Beaches Womens Wellness is the greatest approach to learn more about them. Any practitioner or professional's full profile can be viewed by clicking on their name or profile picture. In addition to describing the practitioner's or professional's profile, you can also learn about their modalities or practices offered, qualifications, associations, location and view Google Reviews.

    If you are certain of the modality you are searching for (such as acupuncture or reiki), you can type it directly into the search bar. You can also specify the location. You can also search by concern or requirement if you're unclear of what kind of modality or practice would be best for you. If you are a returning client, you may also search for your preferred practitioner or professional by name.
  • How do I manage my account?
    Password Reset If you are having trouble remembering your password, please select the ‘Forgot Password’ link below the practitioner log-in fields to reset your password. How do I delete or cancel my account? You may terminate your account in accordance with the Practitioners Terms and Conditions at any time by giving us notice to hello@beacheswomenswellness.com.au.

    Your privacy is important to us! The only information ever shared with clients is the information you list on your profile. We do share your information with third parties. After you have registered, we do not have access to your password.
  • How does the Qualification Process work?
    The qualification process for the Beaches Womens Wellness directory aims to ensure that listed practitioners, professionals and resources meet specific criteria to provide users with reliable and high-quality related services and information. This process involves a thorough assessment and qualification selection process of practitioners, professionals, businesses, and resources to maintain the integrity and credibility of the wellness directory. We take great satisfaction in upholding our vision whilst being the most dependable and trusted northern beaches and north shore directory for clients’ holistic needs. Our Qualification Process involves: Application Submission, Initial Review, Credential Check, Experience and Expertise Assessment, Client References or Portfolio Review, Adherence to Ethical Standards, Content Review (For Resources and Businesses, Background Check, Interview or Assessment and Continuous Monitoring and Review. Our Qualification Process can be viewed here. ​Once accepted, one of our BWW Ambassadors will collaborate with you to highlight your unique knowledge, passions, and talents to service and support our collective's wellness objectives. To earn clients' trust and ensure their safety, you must be fully qualified and certified in all modality/modalities/practices you mention under your practice.

  • How do I optimise my profile?
    Make your profile and bio a true reflection of you as your personal brand with your modalities clearly listed and tagged with your practice's unique selling points, whether it be anxiety, gut health, taxation or separation advice or whatever specialisation you may have. Include what conditions will be addressed, the structure of the session and client outcomes. Provide quality photos that represent you and your space. Google is key! Use keywords for your modalities and include your suburb (to take advantage of our suburb search).
